Welcome to the Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife's Harvest Information Program (HIP) & Deer Registration System
The information you provide will be used for no other purpose than the management of migratory game birds (ducks, geese, mourning doves, woodcock, coots, snipe, rails, gallinules, brant or sea ducks) and the registration of deer.- You can register for HIP or register a Deer Online (below) or by phone by calling 1-877-DELAHIP (1-877-335-2447). You will be asked to supply your current hunting license number, if required.
- If you will not hunt migratory game birds in Delaware during the 2007/2008 season, you do not need to participate in HIP.
- If you would like to be reminded by email to register for the 2008/2009 HIP season, and subsequent seasons, enter your email address below. Your address will not be used for any other purpose.
