Find Your Lost HIP Number

If you already have obtained a HIP number for the current season and have lost or misplaced it, please enter the following information

Enter License (Back Tag) number. "Enter all letters and numbers including zeros". If you are exempt from obtaining a license, enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. * Please note: If you purchased your resident or Non-resident license on the new Online License System, please make sure to choose that option from the license type scroll down menu. (Do not include the dashes in between the numbers and letters. Include all leading zeros. For example JOSM-00205-102680 would be entered as JOSM00205102680. Non-Residents will have the letter A after the first four letters.) * If you purchased your Resident or Non-resident license at the Dover Office, please choose the Resident or Non-Resident Online License as the license type.
